With more than 30 years of clinical leadership experience, Lynn brings invaluable clinical and management expertise to his role supporting our customers’ success. As a nationally-recognized trailblazer for quality, safety, efficiency, and process improvement, Lynn was the 2023 recipient of the Yaster Lifetime Achievement Award from the Society of Pediatric Anesthesia. A prolific innovator, Lynn has authored or co-authored more than 65 peer-reviewed studies. At the core of all this work, Lynn’s focus has been the practical, real-world improvement of patient care, which is most recently reflected in his groundbreaking paper “Outcomes for 41,260 Pediatric Surgical Patients with Opioid-Free Anesthesia: One Center’s Experience” published in Pediatric Anesthesia.
Before joining AdaptX, Lynn served a variety of key leadership roles with Seattle Children’s, including Chief of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine and Medical Director for Continuous Improvement and Innovation. Lynn also was the founding Medical Director of the Bellevue Clinic & Surgery Center, which has been nationally recognized for innovations in quality and efficiency. In addition, Lynn co-founded the Pediatric Regional Anesthesia Network (PRAN) and Wake Up Safe (WUS), and Lynn served as the president of the Society of Pediatric Anesthesia.
Lynn earned his MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine and his MBA from the University of Tennessee. He completed his Pediatrics residency at the Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where he also served as Chief Resident, and he completed his Anesthesiology residency at Johns Hopkins.

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
