Senior Sales Manager

AdaptX is searching for a Senior Sales Manager. This person will have proven success working directly with health systems to sell software-based solutions. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to generate sales opportunities and will manage the full sales cycle. They will thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for net new & add on business including qualification, opportunity creation, quote creation, pipeline management, and order fulfillment
  • Generate net new sales opportunities and drive sales process to successful closure
  • Own existing opportunities in territory and drive to successful closure
  • Conduct outbound sales campaigns in collaboration with Marketing
  • Qualify Inbound leads 
  • Conduct high level demos to clinical and technical buyers
  • Track & manage prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities in the company's CRM (Copper) including the contact records and activity recording
  • Deeply understand customer needs, translating opportunities into sales
  • Thoroughly understand and effectively communicate AdaptX’s value proposition
  • Ensure effective and timely internal and external communication
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a complex and often ambiguous arena

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of prospecting/closing experience in the hospital/healthcare acute care market
  • Ability to work in a team selling model and understanding of forecasting and sale playbook techniques
  • Possess/develop strong healthcare relationships that can be leveraged in creating sales opportunities and/or solidifying deal progression
  • The ability to understand the complex selling cycle and apply to a sales playbook process
  • Strong creativity and flexibility in selling a new "category" of AI/ML tool to healthcare vertical
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization
  • Superior relationship management skills: ability to influence and engage customers and peers
  • Polished and persuasive written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of success working with complex health systems
  • Strong ability to operate within a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong ability to anticipate understand customer needs and opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Clinical degree or experience a plus.
