Senior Engagement Manager

AdaptX is searching for a Senior Engagement Manager. This person will have proven success working directly with health systems to ensure customer success with software-based solutions. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage customer relationships and to ensure execution of project delivery. They will thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as central point of contact responsible for building successful relationships with customers across all phases of solution delivery following contract signing
  • Provide excellent program management: Assign and manage cross-functional project resources to proactively drive customer success
  • Act as primary problem-solver for any customer issues, involving internal AdaptX colleagues as necessary
  •  Maintain strong customer communication to understand and manage expectations in project implementation
  • Collaborate with Data, Clinical, and DevOps team members to anticipate and resolve complex issues effectively
  • Define and execute strategies to drive customer success with AdaptX solutions
  • Review, approve, and track AdaptX’s customer commitments
  • Draft, maintain, and manage project-specific schedules, budgets, and plans
  • Ensure effective and timely internal and external communication, including metrics and reporting to measure customer progress and ROI
  • Deeply understand customer needs, translating opportunities into solutions
  • Thoroughly understand and effectively communicate AdaptX’s value proposition

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the healthcare sector
  • Naturally curious and comfortable using data to drive decisions
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management and program management
  • Strong ability to resolve multiple, complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Excellent collaboration skills with external customers and with internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization
  • Superior relationship management skills: ability to influence and engage customers, direct reports, and peers
  • Polished and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Demonstrated track record of success working with complex health systems
  • Strong ability to operate within a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and opportunities
  • Located in the Seattle area or the Pacific Northwest
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
