Engagement Manager

AdaptX is searching for an Engagement Manager. This person will have proven success working directly with customers to implement complex technology solutions. They will have a strong customer orientation and excellent project management skills. Our Engagement Manager will be driven by enthusiasm and passion for AdaptX’s mission. They will work across our team to drive customer success, and they will thrive in a fast paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusting relationships with new and existing AdaptX customers
  • Provide excellent program management: Assign and manage cross-functional project resources to proactively drive customer success
  • Act as primary problem-solver for any customer issues, involving internal AdaptX colleagues as necessary
  • Define and execute strategies to drive customer success with AdaptX solutions
  • Manage deployments for customers, in concert with the Sales, Clinical, and Data teams
  • Provide excellent program management for complex deliveries, ensuring that AdaptX delivers on all customer commitments
  • Deeply understand customer needs, translating opportunities into solutions
  • Maintain strong customer communication to understand and manage expectations in project deployment
  • Ensure effective and timely internal and external communication, including metrics and reporting to measure customer progress and ROI
  • Develop strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Thoroughly understand and effectively communicate AdaptX’s value proposition
  • Draft, maintain, and manage project-specific schedules, budgets, and plans
  • Ensure effective and timely internal and external communication

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer facing role within the healthcare sector
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex health systems
  • Superior relationship management skills: ability to influence and engage customers, direct reports, and peers
  • Polished and persuasive written and verbal communicator skills
  • Demonstrated track record of success working with complex health systems
  • Strong ability to operate within a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong ability to anticipate understand customer needs and opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The salary range for this role is $100,000 -$140,000, depending on experience. AdaptX offers a comprehensive, industry-competitive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as flexible paid time off.
