Director of Partnerships

AdaptX is searching for a Director of Partnerships. This person will have proven success managing complex business to business relationships. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to increase the volume and velocity of AdaptX sales. They will thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and own new partner relationships
  • Expand existing business partner relationships
  • Build an ideal partner profile, and research companies that fit into ideal partner profile
  • Drive revenue by building custom partner business plans
  • Generate B2B leads that result in net new business
  • Maximize sales velocity
  • Cultivate contacts that are in line with the AdaptX business
  • Build a plan, including revenue modeling, to mutually benefit AdaptX and partner business
  • Create comprehensive partnership strategy to build new relationships
  • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales deliverables
  • Provide continuous partnership and constructive feedback to the sales team
  • Develop a pipeline of new prospects through outbound communications
  • Maintain communication with corporate partners to keep them current on value-added services
  • Work closely with industry stakeholders and partners to help promote programs and services, specifically targeting strategic partners

Key Qualifications

  • Deep relationships in healthcare consulting firms such as Deloitte, PWC, Chartis, etc.
  • Proven record of B2B sales growth in the healthcare sector
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Polished and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong ability to operate within a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong ability to anticipate and understand customer needs and opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The salary range for this role is $130,000 -$170,000, depending on experience. AdaptX offers a comprehensive, industry-competitive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as flexible paid time off.
