Lloyd Provost is an accomplished global leader who has pioneered the use of real-world clinical data to improve healthcare. Widely recognized as a data, process, and systems expert who works worldwide to apply the science of improvement to healthcare, Lloyd serves as a Senior Fellow for the Institute of Healthcare Improvement and a principal at Associates in Process Improvement. An accomplished author with a deep understanding of healthcare, Lloyd has written many papers on quality and measurement, and he has co-authored three books on planned experimentation, measurement, and the science of improvement. Lloyd’s expertise includes advising global leaders regarding collaborative improvement, planning, management systems, measurement, planned experimentation, and statistical process control. Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Florida.
