AdaptX is seeking a Vice President of Engineering. The VP of Engineering will lead the delivery of AdaptX's technology roadmap with passion and enthusiasm for our mission. They will collaborate effectively in defining AdaptX’s product plans. They will develop and deliver innovative technologies with excellence and partner closely with team members to bring our product vision to life. The VP of Engineering will have a proven track record of scaling teams, products, and solutions. They will foster a high-performance culture, support employee career growth, and promote accountability across our growing organization. They will also apply the rigor needed to build world-class, enterprise-scale software in a fast-paced, startup environment.

The salary range for this role is between $180,000 and $225,000, depending on experience. AdaptX offers a comprehensive, industry-competitive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as flexible paid time off.
